PAINTBALL: GENERAL INFORMATION
What is paintball?
Paintball is a team game to test your strategy, adrenaline, skill and action. Two teams are formed where each player has a marker, monkey and protective mask. The marker is the weapon to play. It shoots biodegradable paintballs using pressurized air, these explode with impact against a person or obstacle and leave a paint mark.
To win you will have to achieve the goal of each scenario, kill everyone on the opposing team, grab the flag, save a hostage, bells, capture the base, defend the base, among others. E very different scene modes is like killing all the players of the rival team, playing with respawn (revive when dead), play doctor, among others.
The most important thing is safety and that the players have the best possible experience. That's why at Paintball Costabrava we give flexibility with the schedules, with the scenarios, and there are always one or two monitors supervising the game for safety and to help the players. There is Civil Liability Insurance and another for accident insurance.

How to play Paintball?
At the beginning of each scenario the monitor will explain the game and its objectives. Both teams will be placed at their base. The monitor will start the game and then the players will advance to occupy the stage and place themselves on the protections of the stage (wood, walls, trees, etc.) to shoot the rivals.
Each team chooses a different strategy, they can do an offensive tactic, a defensive tactic or a mixed one. Therefore each game is different.
The game ends when all the players of the opposing team die or a team reaches the goal.
Costabrava Paintball Scenarios and Game Styles
We have three scenarios: Assault on the fortress, the trenches and the steep forest. The initial round goal is to kill all the players on the opposing team. Then several more rounds are held with goals such as flags, bells, doctor use, respawn games and more.
Number of paintball players
The minimum number of players to play Paintball is 8. (exceptionally they may be less consult us for more information)
Paintball duration
The duration of the game is variable, depending on the number of players and the style of each player and group. In general the games last between 1:30 and 2:30. In addition, an initial 30-40 minutes is required to equip, sign the documentation for accident insurance and for the initial explanation of Safety and operation of Paintball.

Paintball equipment
The necessary equipment is a camouflage jumpsuit and a mask. They are two elements of protection that guarantee the total protection of the players. The equipment is included in the price.
Minimum age to play Paintball
The minimum age for the practice of paintball is 14 years. Minors in order to play must submit a document signed by the parent or guardian together with a copy of the player's ID card and the parent / guardian signing.

Paintball Rules
1.- It is mandatory to always wear the mask during the activity and game. When a player is removed from the game, the mask can only be removed in the designated safety zone at the start of the Paintball game.
2.- It will not be possible to Exit the established Game Limits, in case of Exiting it will mean the ELIMINATION of the game.
3.- The markers in the security zone must be placed in security (Have the gun safety and the gun hood) and facing the ground.
4.- It may NOT be operated less than seven meters away. In this case, the player will be responsible for any damages that may be caused. Game utensils not delivered to each participant may not be used. It will not be possible to target people or animals outside the game.
5.- Children under 18 need express authorization from the father, mother or guardian to participate in the game. A copy of the player's DNI and the signatory father or mother must be delivered. Minimum age 14 years.
6.- The organization is not responsible for accidents caused by breaches of these rules.
7.- It is allowed to publish any advertising medium for promotional purposes, the images or videos that may be registered during the game activity and without the need to financially compensate any participant for image rights.
8.- It is totally forbidden and it will be a reason for indefinite expulsion to commit physical aggression under any circumstances.
9.- The improper use of the material causing damage will suppose the 100% Replacement of this.
10.- The organization may expel any person or group it deems appropriate, due to lack of compliance with security regulations, or omission of the indications of the monitors, etc.
11.- It is forbidden to shoot unsuitable places, animals or people outside the activity.
12.- Necessary physical and mental conditions are required to practice the activity.
13.- Climbing to Obstacles is not allowed.
14.- It is not allowed to catch earth balls.
15.- Paintball Costabrava will not be held responsible for incidents arising from the practice of this activity if the conditions listed above are subject to false declarations, non-compliance with safety regulations or in case of panic of 1 or more participants .
16.- Paintball Costabrava is not responsible for the deterioration or destruction of prosthetics, glasses, lenses and / or other Orthopedic elements.
17.- The deterioration suffered by the supplied material derived from a misuse, paper must be paid 100% of its replacement value.
18.- The images of the clients may be used for advertising purposes both on their respective digital platforms, such as advertising brochures, posters and / or magazines. If you do not agree, you must communicate by email.
19.- Paintball Costabrava will not be responsible for people who give false information to the registration form.
